Classes
Brief Overview: Western Washington Theatrical Training began in 2009 as an outgrowth of the desire to found a continuing education program geared towards professionals already working in the theater industry. Formed as a partnership between trustees of various theatrical venues and the union membership who work at these venues, WWTT has started offering classes in the disciplines which define theater: audio, lighting, wardrobe and more.
Wardrobe Classes focus on the work that the technicians and artists of IATSE Local 887 do day to day.
Stagehand Classes focus on the work that the technicians in IATSE Local 15 does. Rigging, Lighting, Audio, Audio/Visual, & Lift Operation are some of the classes that have already been offered.
